Creating safer communities starts with each of us. The Men to Men Movement invites men across Miami-Dade County to become leaders, role models, and advocates for respect, accountability, and healthy relationships.

As a Men to Men Ambassador, you’ll join a growing network of fathers, mentors, educators, coaches, faith leaders, business professionals, and community members committed to preventing violence before it starts. By leading with integrity and compassion, ambassadors help inspire positive change in their families, workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods.

What Is a Men to Men Ambassador?

A Men to Men Ambassador is someone who believes that preventing violence is everyone’s responsibility and is willing to take action.

Ambassadors serve as trusted voices in their communities by promoting healthy relationships, encouraging respectful behavior, and helping other men become allies in creating safer spaces for women, girls, and families. Whether you’re mentoring one young person or speaking to a room full of community members, your leadership has the power to influence others and create lasting change.

As an Ambassador, You Will

  • Lead by example through integrity, respect, and accountability.
  • Promote healthy relationships and positive communication.
  • Encourage men and boys to become active allies in preventing violence.
  • Mentor and support the next generation of leaders.
  • Participate in community events, trainings, and outreach opportunities.
  • Share resources that strengthen families and neighborhoods.
  • Help build a culture where respect, safety, and equality are the standard.
  • Every conversation, every act of mentorship, and every commitment to respect helps create stronger communities.

Take the Men to Men Pledge

Becoming an ambassador begins with one simple step: taking the Men to Men Pledge. The pledge is a personal commitment to lead with respect, reject violence in all its forms, and use your voice to promote healthy relationships and safer communities.
